  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Stewartry) Designation Order 1993 by allowing the farmer within the meaning of that Order to take measures to create dykes, hedges and ponds as well as restore existing dykes, hedges and ponds.",
