Article 3 Designation of environmentally sensitive area

There is hereby designated as an environmentally sensitive area that area of land within the Stewarty District of Dumfries and Galloway Region which is shown delineated red and coloured pink on the map marked “Environmentally Sensitive Area-Stewartry” dated 2nd March 1988 and signed on behalf of the Secretary of State for Scotland and deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland, Chesser House, Gorgie Road, Edinburgh.
