  "text": "In Schedule 6 (conservation plan operations) to the principal Order—\n(a) for paragraph 3, there shall be substituted the following two paragraphs:\n“3 The creation or resotation of ponds.\n3A The restoration of ditches and dykes.”;\n(b) after paragraph 10, there shall be added the following paragraph:\n“11 The reintroduction of pollarding management for neglected trees.”.",
