# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Suffolk River Valleys) Designation (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 5: Amendment to Schedule


In Schedule 6 (conservation plan operations) to the principal Order—
(a) for paragraph 3, there shall be substituted the following two paragraphs:
“3 The creation or resotation of ponds.
3A The restoration of ditches and dykes.”;
(b) after paragraph 10, there shall be added the following paragraph:
“11 The reintroduction of pollarding management for neglected trees.”.
