  "text": "The principal Order shall have effect as if, in article 2 of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Test Valley) Designation (Amendment) Order 1998, for the words “the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Test Valley) Designation (Amendment) Order 1993” there were substituted “the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Test Valley) Designation Order 1993”.",
