  "text": "(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (The Broads) Designation Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.\n(2) In article 6 (rates of payment under agreement)—\n(a) in paragraph (1), for “£135” there shall be substituted “£145”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2), there shall be substituted for the table the following table:\n“\n£ per hectare of land per annum\nSchedule 2\n225\nSchedule 3\n300\nSchedule 4\n—Option 1\n260\n—Option 2\n330\n”.",
