# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (The Broads) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 2: Amendment


(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (The Broads) Designation Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.
(2) In article 6 (rates of payment under agreement)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “£135” there shall be substituted “£145”; and
(b) in paragraph (2), there shall be substituted for the table the following table:
