  "text": "As regards any land which is subject to the agreement, requirements to the effect that—\n(a) the farmer shall agree a programme of fen management with the Minister and shall implement that programme;\n(b) the farmer shall not apply any fertiliser to the land;\n(c) the farmer shall not apply any lime, slag or other substance designed to reduce the acidity of the soil of the land; and\n(d) the farmer shall not use pesticides, fungicides, herbicides or insecticides on the land.",
