# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Upper Thames Tributaries) Designation (Amendment) Order 1998, Article 2: Title and commencement


The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Upper Thames Tributaries) Designation Order 1994 shall be amended in Article 7(5) by the substitution, for “£3”, of “£3.50”.
