  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Wales) Designation Orders (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 11th May 1999.\n(2) In this Order “the principal Orders” means the Orders specified in the Schedule to this Order.",
