# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (West Penwith) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 2: Amendment


(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (West Penwith) Designation Order 1986 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.
(2) In paragraph (1) of article 6 (rates of payment under agreement), for “£70” there shall be substituted “£75”.
