Article 6 Amendment to the 1986 Order
The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (West Penwith) Designation Order 1986f1 shall, in so far as, by virtue of article 6(1) of the principal Order, it continues to apply to agreements made before the coming into force of the principal Order, be amended in article 6(1B) by the substitution for “£150” of “£160”.
