Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Western Southern Uplands) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 15th August 1996.

In this Order–

  • “the principal Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Western Southern Uplands) Designation Order 1993f1.
