# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Ynys Mo*n) Designation (Amendment) Order 1993, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 1993/1210 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Made 29th September 1993
Laid before Parliament 11th October 1993
Coming into force 1st November 1993
Whereas, pursuant to section 18(1) of the Agriculture Act 1986 the Secretary of State has by order designated an area comprising the District of Ynys Môn—Isle of Anglesey as an environmentally sensitive area;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18(1) and (4) of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
