# The Equal Pay Act 1970 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Equal Pay Act 1970 (Amendment) Regulations 2003.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 19th July 2003 (“the commencement date”).
(3) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Equal Pay Act 1970.
