Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Equal Pay (Questions and Replies) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 6th April 2003.

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Equal Pay Act 1970;

  • “tribunal” means an employment tribunal.
