# The Equality Act 2006 (Commencement No.1) Order 2006, Article 4: Provisions coming into force on 6 April 2007


The following provisions of the 2006 Act shall come into force on 6 April 2007—
(a) section 83; and
(b) sections 84 and 85 for all purposes other than those referred to in article 2.
