  "text": "The following provisions of the Equality Act 2006 shall come into force on 30th April 2007—\n(a) section 40 so far as it relates to paragraph 57 of Schedule 3;\n(b) sections 44 to 52(5);\n(c) sections 52(7) to 69;\n(d) sections 72 to 80; and\n(e) paragraph 57 of Schedule 3.",
