# The Equality Act 2006 (Commencement No.2) Order 2007, Article 2: Provisions coming into force


The following provisions of the Equality Act 2006 shall come into force on 30th April 2007—
(a) section 40 so far as it relates to paragraph 57 of Schedule 3;
(b) sections 44 to 52(5);
(c) sections 52(7) to 69;
(d) sections 72 to 80; and
(e) paragraph 57 of Schedule 3.
