  "text": "(1) A notice given to a person under paragraph 9 may require him—\n(a) to provide information in his possession,\n(b) to produce documents in his possession, or\n(c) to give oral evidence.\n(2) A notice under paragraph 9 may include provision about—\n(a) the form of information, documents or evidence;\n(b) timing.\n(3) A notice under paragraph 9—\n(a) may not require a person to provide information that he is prohibited from disclosing by virtue of an enactment,\n(b) may not require a person to do anything that he could not be compelled to do in proceedings before the High Court or the Court of Session, and\n(c) may not require a person to attend at a place unless the Commission undertakes to pay the expenses of his journey.",
