# Equality Act 2006, Paragraph 37


In section 9(6) (provision of information to Office of Fair Trading)—
(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) the Commission for Equality and Human Rights, and”, and
(b) paragraph (c) (and the word “and” immediately before it) shall cease to have effect.
