  "text": "(1) The Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In Part II of Schedule 1 (bodies of which all members are disqualified) omit the references to—\n(a) the Commission for Racial Equality,\n(b) the Disability Rights Commission, and\n(c) the Equal Opportunities Commission.\n(3) In Part III of Schedule 1 (disqualifying offices) omit the references to—\n(a) Additional Commissioner of the Commission for Racial Equality, and\n(b) Additional Commissioner of the Equal Opportunities Commission.",
