  "text": "(1) The Commission may assess the extent to which or the manner in which a person has complied with a duty under or by virtue of section 149, 153 or 154 of the Equality Act 2010 (public sector equality duty).\n(2) Schedule 2 makes supplemental provision about assessments.\n(3) This section is without prejudice to the generality of sections 16 and 20.",
