# The Equality Act 2010 (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Amendment) Order 2012.
(2) This Order comes into force on 6th April 2012.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
