  "text": "EQUALITY\nMade at 3.55 p.m. on 14th July 2026\nLaid before Parliament at 9.30 a.m. on 15th July 2026\nComing into force 5th August 2026\nIn accordance with section 15(3) of the Equality Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act”), the Commission for Equality and Human Rights has requested the Secretary of State to revoke the Equality Act 2010 Code of Practice on Services, Public Functions and Associations which came into force on 6th April 2011.\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(3) of the 2006 Act.",
