Article 2 Provisions coming into force

The following provisions of the Equality Act 2010 come into force on 6th April 2017 —

(a)

section 165 (passengers in wheelchairs) in so far as it is not already in force; and

(b)

section 167 (lists of wheelchair-accessible vehicles) in so far as it is not already in force.
