# The Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2011.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Equality Act 2010.
