  "text": "Equality\nDisabled Persons\nMade 25th August 2010\nLaid before Parliament 31st August 2010\nComing into force 1st October 2010\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(2)(a) and (e) 207(1), (2) and (4), and section 212(1) of and paragraphs 1, 2(4), 3(2), 4 and 7(1) of Schedule 1 and paragraph 6 of Schedule 21 to the Equality Act 2010 , makes the following Regulations:",
