  "text": "Equality, Wales\nMade 28 June 2023\nComing into force 4 September 2023\nThe Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 151(2) of the Equality Act 2010.\nIn accordance with section 152(2) of that Act, the Welsh Ministers have consulted the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.\nIn accordance with section 209(2), (3)(b) and (6) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, Senedd Cymru.",
