Regulation 2 Amendments to Schedule 19, Part 2 (relevant Welsh authorities)

In Part 2 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010—

(a)

omit “The Higher Education Funding Council for Wales or Cyngor Cyllido Addysg Uwch Cymru.”;

(b)

in the appropriate place, insert “The Commission for Tertiary Education and Research or Y Comisiwn Addysg Drydyddol ac Ymchwil.”
