  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“the Tribunal” means—\n(a)in relation to a school in England, the First-tier Tribunal;\n(b)in relation to a school in Wales, the Education Tribunal for Wales;\n(c)in relation to a school in Scotland, the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland;\n“the English Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal;\n“the Welsh Tribunal” means the Education Tribunal for Wales;\n“the Scottish Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland;\n“responsible body” is to be construed in accordance with section 85.",
