# Equality Act 2010, Paragraph 31


In section 18(1) (tribunal proceedings to which conciliation provisions apply)—
(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) under section 120 or 127 of the Equality Act 2010,”, and
(b) omit paragraphs (c), (k), (l) and (r).
