# Equality Act 2010, Paragraph 45


In Schedule 5, in paragraph 6 (adjudicators, procedure) for subparagraphs (a) to (c) substitute—
“(a) section 71 of the Race Relations Act 1976, or
(b) Parts 3 and 6 of the Equality Act 2010,”.
