# The Equality Act (Age Exceptions for Pension Schemes) Order 2010, Article 4: Contributions by employers to personal pension schemes: excepted practices, actions and decisions

Extent: E+W+S

It is not an age contravention for the employer, in relation to the payment of contributions to any personal pension scheme in respect of a worker, to maintain or use those practices, actions or decisions set out in Schedule 2.
