# The Equality Act (Age Exceptions for Pension Schemes) Order 2010, Paragraph 3: Contributions

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference in the rate of member or employer contributions, to a scheme, by or in respect of different members to the extent that this is attributable to any differences in the pensionable pay or, where paragraph 18 applies, different accrual rates of those members.
