# The Equality (Amendment and Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Equality Act 2010 (Amendment) Regulations 2012

(1) The Equality Act 2010 (Amendment) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) omit from “Council” to “implementing”;
(b) omit paragraphs (2) and (3).
