  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“the Commission” means the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland;\n“final”, in relation to a non-discrimination notice, has the meaning given by paragraph 11 of Schedule 1;\n“formal investigation” means an investigation under Article 5;\n“non-discrimination notice” means a notice under Article 6;\n“notice” means notice in writing;\n“the Office” means the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister;\n“prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Office; and\n“the 1995 Act” means the 1995 c. 50. Disability Discrimination Act 1995.\n“the 2005 Order” means the Special Educational Needs and Disability (Northern Ireland) Order 2005;\n(2) Expressions used in this Part which are defined for the purposes of the 1995 Act have the same meaning in this Part as in that Act.",
