  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in sections 11 and 22 of, and Part 1C of Schedule 2 and paragraphs 8F and 21(b) of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.\nThey amend domestic legislation relating to equine identification in order to update references to European Legislation.\nNo Impact Assessments were produced in relation to these regulations as no, or no significant, impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.",
