# The Equine Identification (England) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Equine Identification (England) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
(2) These Regulations come into force 21 days after the day on which they are made, except for regulation 3, which comes into force on exit day.
