# The Equine Identification (England) Regulations 2018, Regulation 49: Amendment of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013

In regulation 2 of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013 , in the definition of “horse passport”, for “a passport issued in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No 504/2008 implementing Council Directives 90/426/EEC and 90/427/EEC as regards”, substitute “ an identification document which complies with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/262 laying down rules pursuant to Council Directives 90/427/EEC and 2009/156/EC as regards the ”.
