# The Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 1: Title and commencement


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
(2) These Regulations come into force immediately before implementation period completion day.
