  "text": "(1) Regulation 2 of the Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (3), for the substituted text substitute “Great Britain from a country other than Northern Ireland or a member State”.\n(3) For paragraph (4) substitute—\n“(4) In regulation 13(3)(b), for “another member State” substitute “a member State or Northern Ireland”.”",
