# The Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019


(1) Regulation 2 of the Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3), for the substituted text substitute “Great Britain from a country other than Northern Ireland or a member State”.
(3) For paragraph (4) substitute—
“(4) In regulation 13(3)(b), for “another member State” substitute “a member State or Northern Ireland”.”
