# The Erasmus+ Programme (Data Processing) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Erasmus+ Programme (Data Processing) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 1st June 2026.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
