  "text": "ROADS AND BRIDGES, SCOTLAND\nMade 7th June 1989\nLaid before Parliament 20th June 1989\nComing into force 1st August 1989\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 as read with section 15(1) of the Erskine Bridge Tolls Act 1968 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having complied with the provisions of section 3 of the said Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
