Article 5 Compounding in advance for payment of tolls

Any person may compound in advance for the payment of tolls levied under the Act by purchasing a minimum of 50 (or multiples thereof) prepaid vouchers at the rate specified in article 5(2) hereof.

Each prepaid voucher shall be in respect of one occasion that a toll is leviable in terms of article 4 hereof and shall cost 10% less than that toll.
