# The Erskine Bridge Tolls Order 1992, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 2nd March 1992
Laid before Parliament 11th March 1992
Coming into force 1st April 1992
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 2 and 15(1) of the Erskine Bridge Tolls Act 1968 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having complied with the provisions of section 3 of the said Act, hereby makes the following Order:
