  "text": "The area of the district of Braintree and the parish of Witham which is marked Area A on the map prepared by the Department of the Environment, marked “Map of the Essex (District Boundaries) Order 1987” and deposited in accordance with regulation 5 of the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976 shall be transferred to—\n(a) the district of Maldon;\n(b) the Wickham Bishops ward of that district;\n(c) the parish of Wickham Bishops;\n(d) the Tollesbury electoral division of the county of Essex;\n(e) the Dengie and Maldon petty sessional division.",
