Article 4 Land Registration

Registration of title to land under the Land Registration Acts 1925 to 1986^f1 shall cease to be compulsory on sale in the area transferred by this Order save insofar as section 154(1) of the Housing Act 1985^f2 applies to any dwelling-house situated in that area.
