Article 3 Transfers from Epping Forest to Harlow

(1)

The part of the district of Epping Forest and the parish of Matching marked B1 on the boundary map shall be transferred to –

(a)

the district of Harlow;

(b)

the Old Harlow ward of that district;

(c)

the Harlow and Mark Hall county electoral division,

and shall cease to form part of any parish.

(2)

The part of the district of Epping Forest and the parish of North Weald Bassett marked B2 on the boundary map shall be transferred to –

(a)

the district of Harlow;

(b)

the Potter Street ward of that district;

(c)

the Harlow Common county electoral division;

(d)

the Harlow petty sessional division,

and shall cease to form part of any parish.
